Event Description

It's that time again for the Ashby Family and Friends BBQ Picnic. Let's all get away from the city for a day and enjoy some fresh air, good food, music and family fun! This year we will be going to Circleville Park in Circleville, New York (close to Middletown). The address is 50 Creamery Rd, Circleville, NY 10919. We will be there from 10am til dusk. It is about 25 minutes from FDR Park where the picnic was held last year. If anyone is interested in organizing a bus ride or other transportation, please let me know so we can put the word out. Also, if you need a ride there let me know and I will see if I can put you in contact with someone who may have extra room in their vehicle. The family color for the picnic this year is gray. We will also be providing food for those who perfer not to bring their own food or cook on the grills in the park. The price for food will be $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children 10 years old and younger. The price will include hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, ribs, salad, fruits, drinks and more. All payments must be made at least 2 weeks in advance and only money orders and cash will be accepted. You must pay in advance and no payments will be accepted at the park in order to ensure that we have enough food for those who paid. All payments can be mailed to WILLIAM SMITH 128-23 233RD ST. ROSEDALE NY 11422 and please include the names of each person being paid for. If there are any questions you can call me at 718 712-9377. I hope to see everyone there!!

Take I-87 N/NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY N toward RT-17 N/ALBANY.
Take the RT-17 exit, EXIT 16, toward US-6/HARRIMAN.
Merge onto NY-17 W (Portions toll).
Take the RT-302 exit, EXIT 119, toward PINE BUSH.
Turn RIGHT onto NY-302.
Turn LEFT onto CREAMERY RD.
50 CREAMERY RD is on the RIGHT.
